"Intercultural snack-pack"
The intercultural training is a more in-depth and practice-based approach to intercultural engagement and management. It consists of a one-day seminar of seven hours with one additional hour for lunch break. The intercultural training consists of brief inputs in the form of presentations, individual reflective exercises and group exercises and discussions. Participants will learn to reflect about their own cultural backgrounds and how these impact upon their communication and managements styles. Additionally, they will learn about cultural particularities of China and how these impact upon intercultural communication and management. At the end of the seminar, participants are more aware of the impacts of culture on buiness interactions, they can reflect on their own cultural background and they have gained knowledge on Chinese culture and how to successfully engage with Chinese counterparts.

Intercultural trainings can be booked for your business and they can be offered in-house or online. They can also be tailored more specifically to your business needs and regional engagements.
This is a 1.5 hour introductory event to the world of intercultural business and communication. It will be offered regularly online on a by-registration basis and it can be booked specifically for your company. As a booked event, it can take place online or in-house in your company. The event consists of a one-hour presentation and 30 minutes of Q&A to address your specific questions and queries.
